1.DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

You bet! Please refer to our shipping page for more details on international shipping.(Peoples Product is based in Toronto, Canada. All shipments will be sent from Toronto.)

2.DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange any unused merchandise within 10 business days. All sale and discounted items (promotion code applied) are considered final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page.

3.DO YOU EVER HAVE SALES OR DISCOUNTS?

Of course! Sign up for our email notifications to be the first to hear about new deals and promotions. Follow us on Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest to stay up to date with new items and sales :)

4.DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON MY PURCHASE?

Sales taxes do apply to purchases made within Canada. If purchases are being delivered outside of Canada no sales tax is applied.

5.WHAT IS PRE-ORDER?

We occasionally offer the option to pre-order, which means you can purchase some items before they are released! We stock certain items  in limited quantities and pre-ordering ensures you’ll have the newest and coolest items before they go out of stock. Items that are pre-ordered will ship as soon as items come into stock (not the day you order), but no need to worry, this is all stated in the information section of these specialty items.

6.I'M PURCHASING AN ITEM AS A GIFT, HOW DO I INCLUDE A MESSAGE AND SHIP IT TO THEM?

When you check out you'll be able to include a message in the Special Instructions box that your purchase is a gift. We will make sure to remove any pricing on the garments and invoice. If you'd like a note included in the shipment  type it in the Special Instructions box and we will be sure to make sure your special someone gets it . When you are completing checkout, fill in the shipping address with their address.

7.HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

Please refer to the general size chart for Peoples Product sizing. Also read each  product's description. It will have any important fit information you should know.

8.HOW DO I WASH AND CARE FOR MY ITEM?

Each item is unique and may require different care. Attached to each garment is a care label that will provide you with care instructions to maintain the quality of your item. For more detailed care info please refer to our care page.

9.PRICING & CURRENCY CONVERSION

All prices listed on the website are in CAD dollars.There is an option on the top right hand corner of each page to change the currency. Please note that for international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. If an item is returned the amount taken from the original funding source is returned in full when refunded. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations.

10.PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal payments.

11.PAYMENT SAFETY

No card information is saved. It remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. All transactions are processed through secure forms of payment which are used by millions of people daily and are heavily encrypted third party-payment processors.
