Returns

For online orders, we accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. There’s no restocking fee. You have 10 business days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

1.HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Need to make a return? No sweat! e-mail us at help@peoplesproduct.ca and let us know your order number. We will  provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your clothing back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund (we will not except worn merchandise). *we highly recommend you ship via a trackable shipping option

2.WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

We will provide a refund on unworn merchandise within 10 business days after you receive the items.

4.DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Peoples Product will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.

5. MAY I RETURN MY ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?

No. You must contact us before sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. We cannot guarantee refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us.

6.WHAT DOES FINAL SALE MEAN?

All items marked final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size, colour, or style. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please email us help@peoplesproduct.ca before placing your order.  If you send a “Final Sale” item back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues.

7.WHAT HAPPENS IF I PURCHASE A GIFT FOR SOMEONE THAT IS “FINAL SALE”?

Items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our ‘Final Sale’ policy and can’t be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size, colour, or style

8. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received the items. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement.
